I have a 5 star license(3 year) number F/22/00010 ANIMAL) with Forest of Dean Council which meets the higher standards of the Animal Welfare Regulations 2018 to accommodate up to 4 dogs at any one time.

I am able to continue with your dog’s basic training needs using positive force free methods. I can cater for various dietary needs and administer medication when required. All ages of dogs and needs are welcome – as long as they meet the criteria for home boarding (see below) and are fully house trained.

I have 2 cats of my own that live upstairs when they are indoors and tend to keep out of the way. The upstairs part of the house is off limits for doggy visitors.
As per licensing regulations you will need to bring your dog(s) for a preview visit to ensure they will get on with our two spaniels and ensure you are happy with the home environment.
A trial home boarding period is required for all new clients to see if your dog(s) will settle into a different environment and able to socialise/interact/behave appropriately well with our spaniels plus other boarders staying at the time. Please bear this in mind when planning your holidays/breaks to.
Your dog(s) will have an identity tag throughout the duration of their stay with me – this has my name and contact numbers on.
Lots of cuddles, fuss and attention whilst your dog is in my care are high on the agenda. You are very welcome to keep in contact whilst you are away – text, telephone, e mails and social media updates with pictures are all part of the service.
I am able to undertake basic grooming such as bathing post muddy walks and brushing. If you wish your dog to have a visit to local groomers – this also can be arranged at extra cost and depending on appointment availability.
All your dogs’ vaccinations, flea and worming treatments will need to be up to date at time of boarding. I will need to take a copy of vaccination records for licensing purposes.
Friendly, socialised, non aggressive and fully house trained dogs only please. Sorry no intact dogs, bitches in season or persistant barkers.
